  • Medicaid Recipients Managing Caregiving Hours: Assistance for Medicaid recipients to manage caregiving hours, hire and oversee your own caregiver, while still utilizing agency homecare services.

  • Community Resources Navigation: Support to help you access and navigate vital community resources, ensuring you have the assistance you need.
